Just a reminder that the roadworks on the A329(M) start later today and run until 2nd September.   There will be a contraflow for part of the route.

There will be NO ENTRANCE OR EXIT at Winnersh if you are going to/from Reading, but you will be able to get on/off at Winnersh to go to the M4 or Bracknell. Long delays are expected.   There are lots of warning signs up on the routes leading to the A329(M).

The partial junction closure  affects the park and ride bus too – going to Reading it has its own entrance, but coming back it can’t get off at Winnersh.  I think they are proposing to come down Wokingham Road instead, as alternative is to go all the way to Coppid Beech and turn round and come back up to Winnersh.

To add to everyone’s misery, a utility company will be digging up the centre of Twyford from 28th July, meaning disruption there as well…..
