Tonight the Planning Committee voted to defer a decision on the application until they had more information about the position of the link road, affordable housing and the second half of the relief road, amongst other things.

It took a long time and a lot of deliberation to reach that point.

I spoke on the application, as did residents’ representatives, someone from Winnersh Parish Council, and an Earley councillor. 

The next Planning Committee is in 3 weeks.
