This is me with my fellow Lib Dem ward councillor, Malcolm Armstrong, standing in Arbor Lane, at the entrance to the lane down which a developer wishes to put 59 more houses.  In a paddock.  Next to public open space and a school field.  Outside the area of the settlement (sorry: planning term, meaning, “the envelope inside which development is likely to be allowed to take place”).
