Not a lot of people know this but…..

If you are travelling around Wokingham Borough and you spot a drain at the side of the road that seems to be blocked, you can report it by emailing flooding@wokingham.gov.uk making sure you give a good description of where the drain is.

The drainage team will action your request and get the drain cleared.  Usually this is done within 48 hours.    If there is general flooding etc it will take longer.

The flooding@wokingham.gov.uk email address should NOT be used to report flooding, as it is not constantly monitored.
